Components Of Lubrication System

Nanjing Haoli lubrication service in the industrial nearly 20 years and can provide different kinds of the components for the lubrication system.

In the earlier of the 1996,Haoli lubrication start to build the oil system.The system worked in the cnc lathe and milling machinery and grinding machinery and weaving machinery and so on.Haoli Lubrication provide the distributor for the oil system,such as metering unit and injector with pin and other simply designed distribute blocks.

Haoli have our own engineer team can design different component to meet the customer requirement and also machining by ourselves.Haoli follow the ISO9001 certification to manage the process and the quality.

Haoli follow the famous internal brand’s quality to machining the lubrication parts and every parts will have the 2nd test,then delivery to customer’s house.

Re the oil system:

Metering unit: haoli divide the component based on the size of the follow speed,we marked from 0 to 5,5 Means the fast drip speed and 0 means the slowest speed.

And the parts can be fixed on the manifold distributors or fix on the lub couplings directly,the customer can connect the hand system or the electrical system to work with.

The PDI(the injection system):We have two kinds of different system and the advantage of the system is that if one point has problem,the sensor will send signal to the center and the center will alarm the operator.

The system can work in many system such as splash lubrication system, aircraft lubrication system and chassis lubrication system, lubrication system in engine and wet sump lubrication system.

MONO Progressive Distributor                                

The MONO series progressive distributor is designed for small-size progressive lubrication systems. 

They are a cost efficient solution for supplying multiple lubrication points with relatively small volumes of oil and grease. 

The MONO series can be used with machine tools, processing machinery, presses, textile, printing and packaging machinery. 

The MONO is also suitable for mobile applications, including off-road equipment.

M2500 Progressive Distributor

A typical M2500 progressive distributor consists of a inlet section, a end section and no less than 3 sections and no more than 10 sections.

 A progressive distributor can have 3 to 20 outlets. 

Twice outlet section (Add “T” after section specification means twice outlet section) have two outlets at both side of the section. 

Single outlet section (Add “S” after section specification means single outlet section) have a outlet at one side of the section.

 Please pay attention that you can block any out otherwise the progressive distributor can not work.

DJF2000 series distributors

DJF2000 series distributors suited for high ambient temperature.

 With manual lubricator,motorized lubricator and pneumatic lubricator can form single line lubrication system.

Widely be used in large machine tool and harbour machines.

 A typical DJF2000 distributor consist of a inlet section, a end section and no less than 3 sections and no more than 10 sections. 

A distributor can have 3 to 20 outlets.

In the 2002 Haoli lubrication start to make the grease system used component,we usually called them the progressive blocks,the principle is the pressure push one piston one by one then cycle to the inlet points,so the system have the widely used from 000# grease to 2# grease.

The distributors also have the size different,if your system is small and you can use the our 1000 serious blocks,our maximum up to 3000 serious.

What are the functions of the lubrication system?

Lubrication system parts and functions

1. Lubrication: Lubricate the surface of moving parts, reduce friction resistance and wear, and reduce the power consumption of the engine.

2. Cleaning effect: The engine oil circulates continuously in the lubrication system to clean the friction surface and take away abrasive debris and other foreign materials.

3. Cooling effect: The continuous circulation of the engine oil in the lubrication system can also take away the heat generated by the friction and play a cooling role.

4. Sealing effect: oil film is formed between moving parts to improve their sealing performance, which is helpful to prevent air leakage or oil leakage.

5. Anti-corrosion effect: oil film is formed on the surface of the parts to protect the surface of the parts and prevent corrosion and rust.

6. Hydraulic function: Lubricating oil can also be used as hydraulic oil.

7. Vibration damping and buffering effect: an oil film is formed on the surface of moving parts to absorb shock and reduce vibration, which acts as a vibration damping and buffering function.
